RealSeq®-AC

RealSeq®-AC for small RNA library preparation from total RNA preparations. RealSeq®-AC is optimized for inputs between 1 ng and 1000 ng of total RNA from tissue or cells.

Service Includes: small RNA library prep from total RNA (or from tissue/cell cultures), using RealSeq-AC, next-generation sequencing of small RNAs.

RiboMarker®

RiboMarker® for RNA fragmentomics library preparation from a wide range of sample sources including biofluids, tissues, and environmental samples. Reliable results are generated with low RNA input, and is effective with low RIN values.

Service Includes: RNA fragmentomics library prep from total RNA (or from tissue/cell cultures), using RiboMarker, next-generation sequencing of small RNAs and RNA fragments.

Sequencer option can be selected between Singular Genomics G4 or Illumina NovaSeq X Plus (per flow cell lane or entire flow cell).

Quantity:

  • For Singular Genomics G4, please indicate the number of samples.

  • For Illumina NovaSeq X Plus, please indicate the number of flow cell lanes or number of flow cells.

The sequencing depth per sample on the G4 is 10 million reads per sample. The read numbers generated on the NovaSeq X Plus is 800 million reads per flow cell lane, and 8 billion reads per flow cell (10 lanes per flow cell).
